균형

슬픔은 깊이를 주고
행복은 높이를 주지....

슬픔이 뿌리라면
행복은 가지인거야.

행복은 하늘로 솟는 나무같고
슬픔은 땅속으로 내려가는 뿌리같아.

둘 다 필요한 거야.

나무가 자랄수록
동시에 뿌리도 깊어지는 법.
나무가 커지면 뿌리도 커지지.

실상 둘은 항상 비례하는거야.

그게 바로 균형이거든.

Sadness gives depth.
Happiness gives height.
Sadness gives roots.
Happiness gives branches.
Happiness is like a tree going into the sky
and sadness is like the roots going down
into the womb of the earth.
Both are needed
and the higher a tree goes,
the deeper it goes, simultaneously.
The bigger the tree, the bigger will be its roots.
In fact, it is always in proportion.
That’s its balance.
